"The installation was perfect. There were many times where "good enough" would have worked but Ideal does not do good enough but rather they do what is best and correct. Almost like they were installing it in their own house. They are a professional company that knows what they are doing and that does top quality work. Plus they obviously like working with each other and enjoy what they are doing. My only regret is that I wish that I knew about Ideal before I purchased the generator through one of those box stores. I could have purchased it through Ideal and not had to deal with the logistics of getting the 500 pound 22k generator to my house and into its final location."
